    We're a small, mama-owned business — every order is packed with care and love. Here's everything you need to know before your kit arrives.

    ⏱️  Order Processing Time

    All orders are processed within 5–7 business days. We handpick and pack each kit ourselves, so your order gets the attention it deserves — not a warehouse rush.

    Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders placed on Fridays may not begin processing until the following Monday.

    🚚  Shipping Methods & Delivery

    We ship via USPS. Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

    USPS Ground Advantage: 2–5 business days after shipping

    USPS Priority Mail: 1–3 business days after shipping

    Please keep in mind that these are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can happen — especially during peak holiday seasons.

    💰  Shipping Costs

    Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and delivery address. You'll see the exact cost before you confirm your order — no surprises.

    We're always looking for ways to keep shipping affordable for our families. Keep an eye on our email list for free shipping promotions!

    📍  Order Tracking

    Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your USPS tracking number. You can track your package at usps.com or directly through the link in your email.

    Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

    📮  P.O. Boxes

    Yes! We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS without any issues.

    🔍  Lost or Missing Packages

    If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, here's what to do:

    Check around your door, mailbox, and with neighbors — packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots

    Wait 24 hours — carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a day early

    Contact your local USPS post office with your tracking number

    If your package is still missing after 3 business days, email us at melinda@mamaswld.com and we will do everything we can to help

    Please note: Mama's World is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed USPS delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

    🏠  Local Pickup

    Local pickup may be available depending on your location. If you're interested in skipping shipping altogether, contact us at melinda@mamaswld.com before placing your order and we'll let you know if we can arrange it.

    We want every Mama's World order to bring you joy. If something isn't right, we'll make it right — promise.


    💛  Our Promise to You

    We're a small business built on love, and we stand behind every product we ship. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or just not what you expected, reach out to us. We will always work with you to find a solution.


    ✅  Return Eligibility

    We gladly accept returns on items that meet the following conditions:

    The item is unused

    The return is requested within 14 days of your delivery date

    The item is in its original packaging


    📩  How to Start a Return

    It's simple — just email us at Melinda@mamaswld.com with:

    Your order number

    The item(s) you'd like to return

    A brief reason for the return


    We'll respond within 2 business days with next steps. Please do not send items back before hearing from us.


    💸  Refunds & Exchanges

    Refund: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

    Exchange: If you'd prefer a different kit, we're happy to arrange an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.

    Store Credit: Prefer to shop again? We can issue store credit — valid for 12 months from the date of issue.


    🚚  Return Shipping Costs

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, damaged item, etc.).

    We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Mama's World is not responsible for return packages that are lost in transit.


    ⚠️  Damaged or Incorrect Orders

    If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item — we are so sorry! This is our mistake and we will fix it immediately.

    Please email Melinda@mamaswld.com within 7 days of delivery with:

    Your order number

    A photo of the damaged or incorrect item


    We'll send a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — no need to return the item.


    🚫  Non-Returnable Items

    The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

    Used craft kits

    Seasonal or limited-edition kits marked as final sale

    Gift cards

    Digital downloads

    Event deposits and bookings (see below)


    🎉  Event Booking Cancellations

    We know life happens! Here's our cancellation policy for events and party bookings:

    Cancellations made 7+ days before the event: full deposit refund

    Cancellations made 3–6 days before the event: 50% of deposit refunded

    Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event: deposit is non-refundable


    If we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost to you.

    Mama’s World™ craft kits are designed to encourage hands-on learning, creativity, fine motor skills, and imaginative play through guided art activities for children.

    Each kit may include:

    Plaster of Paris molds

    Washable paint and/or washable markers

    Paint brushes

    Plastic paint pots

    Magnets

    Instruction materials

    SAFETY INFORMATION

    Recommended Ages

    Preschool Kits: Ages 4–5 with adult supervision

    School-Age Kits: Ages 6+ with adult guidance recommended

    MATERIAL SAFETY GUIDELINES

    Keep away from mouth and nose

    Swallowed magnets may cause serious injury

    ADULT SUPERVISION

    Adult supervision is recommended during all crafting activities, especially for younger children.

    PRODUCT CARE

    Store in a cool, dry place

    Keep unused materials sealed when possible

    Discard damaged magnets or broken components immediately

    Mama’s World™ uses washable, child-friendly art materials sourced from reputable suppliers whenever possible.

    Where applicable, art materials may conform to:

    ASTM D-4236 non-toxic labeling standards
